Have Quicktime version 2. Do I need to install version 4.1.2 ? |

oldest version of Quicktime you can use with the course is version
4. It is advisable to install version 4.1.2 to have full functionality.
Quicktime 4.1.2 can be found on the course CD. |

I use Quicktime 6? |

Yes. Version 6 was released after
the CD-ROM was published so we couldn't
include it on the CD. |

I
have removed the 'GMED' folder from my hard drive several
times
and it keeps re-appearing. Is it necessary ?

The
'GMED' folder is necessary to save your bookmarks. If you remove
the 'GMED' folder, the next time you save your position on the
course a new folder is created containing a text file with your
bookmark. |

When
I installed the program my registration number was not requested,
am I missing some extra features ? |

All
the features of the program are available without entering the registration
number. The registration number will give you access to support,
extra features on the website when available and access to upgrade
prices. |
